Update on Transform Uganda IV – Early Photos of Events

Greetings everyone,

Just wanted to give you all an update on Transform Uganda IV.  TU4 got off to a rousing start on August 2nd, with …

  • Three pastors traveling from Calvary Phoenix, Arizona, to Uganda to join our team (Pastor Bryan Fergus, Pastor Zach Papuga, and Brad Nasset)
  • Volunteers from eTeamGlobal in Oregon left their home state to fly down to join the team
  • Our CTM Uganda team engaged, with Moses Magezi leading the project on the ground.  A teams for doctors and nurses was also assembled to provide medical care as we visited villages in the jungle outback
  • Dan Noel, left from Orange County to meet with the Calvary Phoenix pastors, and ensure they were oriented and well integrated with the overall team effort

As you know, Transform Uganda IV was about…

  • Showing our guests from Calvary Phoenix what CTM is all about – by touring villages where previous churches were planted, letting them meeting the village pastors and local CTM team, taking them around the country to visit other churches planted in the south of Uganda, and really giving them an appreciation of the tremendous work CTM is doing in Uganda
  • Visiting some of the villages to check on their well being, to minister to the people and pastors, and to provide medical care
  • Holding some regional pastor training sessions, to begin to develop the knowledge and understanding of the new village pastors

Above are some photos to share with you, from the hand of Moses.  More will be coming, as well as a full story, from Dan Noel as soon as he recovers from “jet lag”.

Blessings
