ARTHUR MAGEZI
As well as serving as a Board Member, Arthur is also the Executive Director of CTM. Since 2011, Arthur has been the serving as the Executive Director of “Christ Transformation Ministries” in Uganda. He has been focused on training and mentoring people in villages throughout the back country of Uganda, establishing Christ Transformation Centers (CTCs) in over 100 small villages in the past 5 years.
People in the small Uganda villages have been coming to a new found faith in Jesus Christ, and Biblical living has been replacing the ancestral worship practices that many have engaged in in the past. Arthur and his team have been designing and implementing community development programs to provide new water wells for communities, train villagers in much needed horticultural skills, and teaching them about biblical principles for a fulfilling life.
Arthur had been working to link the CTM ministry with donors, both locally in Uganda, greater Africa, and in the U.S. He is engaged in ongoing evangelistic ministry, counseling with people (both online and to the local churches in Uganda). Arthur also provides overall leadership of the CTM ministry in Uganda, while coordinating activities with CTM resources and management in the U.S.
Pastor Arthur possesses a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies as well as completing his doctoral degree from Multnomah University, Portland in fall of 2019 with an emphasis in Global Evangelism.
BRAD NASSIF
Brad has been a Christian since 1992 and a member of Calvary Phoenix since 1993 where he has served in a number of ministries including security, children’s and Jr. High. His primary ministry and passion at Calvary Phoenix is teaching home group fellowships beginning in 1998 and is currently teaching the Men’s Bible Study each Sunday morning. In 2002, he completed the coursework at Calvary Chapel Bible College earning a degree in Biblical Studies.
Upon meeting Arthur Magezi and going to Uganda to participate and witness CTM’s organization and selfless work, Brad was touched and is committed to volunteering his services to the Lord’s work in Uganda.
In 2019, Brad retired as the Director of Business/Finance for the Glendale Union High District in Arizona and has more than 28 years of experience in school district operations and administration. Brad graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a BSEET and has worked in both hardware and software engineering positions as well.
He has been married to his wife, Beth, for more than 35 years and has three children and one grandchild.
DAN NOEL
Daniel Noel is an Emmy Award-winning television writer/producer and owner of Media Experts, a multi-platform video production company in Mission Viejo, CA. Dan was graduated from California State University, Northridge, and began his foray into journalism as a newspaper writer. He then moved into radio as a writer/reporter/anchor before settling into broadcast journalism and video production.
During his career, Dan has worked for CNN, CBS, KTLA-TV, ESPN, and TVG. His work in sports production has allowed him to travel US and worldwide to use his gifts and abilities. Dan also consults and has taught television in Vietnam as a guest of state-owned VTV Network. Dan has been blessed by his family, especially his wife Ann who also sits on the board. He volunteers in several different settings, including Christ Transformation Ministries, and at Crossline Church in Laguna Hills where he works in the video production/tech area.
SPRING HUNSINGER
Spring Hunsinger displays a heart for children and others in all she does. Spring has spent 25 years in education working in the inner city for low socio-economic students. She possesses two Masters Degrees (Science Administration, Masters of Arts in Education). Spring serves her church and the community by managing a food pantry ministry for homeless and needy people and had serving as a Community Bible Study instructor for high school youth. Born and raised in So California, Spring is married to her high school sweetheart, Shawn, and has 6 children all of whom are grown.
ANN MUNDELL-NOEL
Ann Mundell-Noel, M.A. is a licensed dispensing audiologist and a successful Orange County, California businesswoman as owner of Ultimate Hearing in Laguna Hills, California. Ann was graduated from Michigan State University with undergraduate and graduate degrees. While at Michigan State, Ann was also a top ranked college track and field athlete, and a member of the women’s team which won the Big 10 Track and Field championship.
Ann’s passion, besides her love for God, is her family and serving others. She is much sought-after speaker by many local senior groups for her expertise and experience in hearing loss. Ann has served many years for Lake Forest, CA. based non-profit, “A Way to Help” (http://awaytohelp.org/). The nonprofit raises funds and awareness of the need of clean drinking water in Uganda, Africa through the building and installation of water wells. It was through her travels in Uganda that she met Arthur Magezi. She now advises on long term strategy and marketing for Christ Transformation Ministries (CTM). JEFF HENDERSON
Jeff Henderson grew up in a Christian family and became a Christian at a very young age as his family attended a large church in Redwood City, California. Jeff met his future wife at that church when he was about 6 years old. He re-met her, in Oregon, when he was 19. He finished his second year of college in California and then moved to Oregon and went to work at Tektronix (for 43 years and counting). They married two years later and have three children and two grandchildren.
Since getting married in 1981, Jeff and Fay have been attending and serving at Scholls Community Church in Scholls, Oregon. He currently serves as an elder but has served in many roles including deacon, teaching ministries, and maintaining a church that is over a century old.
Jeff met Arthur Magezi through Tim Robnett of Eteam Global while Arthur was studying in Portland. His pastor, Steve Stanley, invited Arthur to speak one Sunday and then again whenever Arthur was in town after that.
Jeff was a reluctant missionary and here is how he describes his missionary transformation. “Upon Arthur’s request (and the feeling that it was also God’s request), I grudgingly travelled to Uganda in February 2020. Then Arthur asked me to preach at a village church. I wanted to say no but again felt God asking and so I agreed. I preached at a church in Nabulezi that met under a sheet metal roof held up by wooden poles. There were only the barest beginnings of a brick wall. God used the experience of preaching at that CTC church to transform my heart again. I was already a Christian, but God put a love of people in my heart (especially the Ugandan people) that changed me in many ways. When I got home, I tearfully told my wife that “I have to go back”. We have returned to Uganda every year since. The congregation of my church in Oregon has still not tired of seeing and hearing how God has changed me through my time working for Him in Uganda. Mukama Yebazibwe (praise the Lord).”
